Food

Day 1 done!

Workout:
2 hour hike
Core medicine ball workout
Total body H20 class
Circuit Training
I had a great day, however I am glad it's over! 

Breakfast

A full glass of water as soon as you get up. 

Morning snack (6:00am)--an apple and almonds before hike.

Breakfast(9:30am)---fresh fruit, granola with almond milk, and a piece of chicken sausage-- 366 calories.

I made it to the top!!!
