Last Day-- July 4, 2015

Fitness:
8.4 mile hike
I did this hike all week!!!! 
Last Blast Workout--6 different stations: burpees, sand toss/steppers, mountain climber/push-ups, medicine ball toss, high jumps, and running outside.
Food:
I only ate breakfast and lunch at the resort bc my shuttle was coming for me at 1:10pm. 
The week was great! Hopefully I will get to go again next year.
