2 Hour Hike
There were 12 exercises: push-ups, sit-ups, burpees, step-ups, ropes, medicine balls, jump ropes, chest press, sand bags, bicep curls, burpees again, and I cannot think of the last one... Sorry! Anyway we had to get a partner and between the two of us complete a set of 50 of whatever exercise we rolled. The stations were numbered and we rolled dice to see what we had to do. After you do the exercise you had to run outside, then upstairs and across the hall, go down the stairs and run back to the gym to roll the dice again. We had to do this 12 times. My partner and I completed it before the hour!!! But then we were given more: two laps and stairs and then an exercise in the gym with only a set of 15 each instead of 25. We did this until the class was done. It was a great workout!
