Day 22

Food:
Fitness:
Stop Sign Hike--I got to the stop sign in one hour!!! I did the entire thing in 2 hours--- 8.4 hours. The incline is insane!!! I was very proud bc it was my best time.
Open Gym-- 45 min
Mt. Fuji Class-- 12, 3 min inclines. I was shaking by end! The trainer kept encouraging everyone in the class and kept having everyone yell, "I can do this!"
Core Med Ball Class--45 min class
Circuit Training-- 45 min class
Open Gym-- 45 min 

Day 21

Food:
Breakfast: I had oatmeal instead of the omelette.
Lunch: I had the turkey wrap instead of hummus or pb&j.
Dinner:
It was delicious! 
I didn't do much today except ice my knees and ankles. I cannot believe this is my last week!!!
