9:30am-10:10 Breakfast--protein shake for me, Lia and daddy ate scrambled eggs and toast.
10:15--Movara model: Weight Management = fitness + nutrition + emotional management.
It's all about your mind, body, and spirit. If you treat your body like a trash can, expect it to feel like garbage.
Eating healthy and moving is never bad for you.
You cannot out exercise a crap diet.
11:30am-12:15 Hip Hop Burn with Cliff. Lia and I had fun dancing, while daddy went to stretch.
12:30-1:15pm--Lunch--lentil soup and chicken wraps.
1:30-2:15pm-- cooking demo with Sam!!! Love him... especially his name. He showed us how to cook last night's dinner (chicken Parm and spaghetti squash for only 390 calories). Sam also taught us how to cook tonight's dinner ( shrimp Alfredo pizza--379 calories) and tomorrow's soup: carrot ginger.
2:30-3:15pm--H20 class
3:30-4:15pm--Circuit Training--2 min on a cardio machine, two minutes on a weight machine.
4:30-5:15pm--Court Challenge--this was 8 diff stations: burpees, stairs, medicine balls, spin bikes, ropes, jump ropes, punching bags, and sand bags. We did each station twice for two minutes.
5:25-6:15pm-- dinner-- the pizza was good and gluten free!!!
Tonight we are all getting massages.
It was a great first day and we are all happy we did it and now it's time to relax.
