Day 27-- Last Day!

Fitness:
2 hour hike
That is John, one of the hike guides, who always encouraged me to beat my time. I am so thankful that I met him and was able to hear his advice on health. 

Last Chance Workout: 1 hour and 30 minutes--- there were 5 stations that we had to do for 3 minutes each, 3 times: burpee and mountain climber station, squat station, running while someone is holding you back with a harness station, tension bands around your legs as you side squat hopped to the other side of the gym station, and a high knee running station. 
The workout was intense! I burned 600 calories! 
Food:
The dinner was exceptional! I am really going to miss the portioned out meals. They were delicious, satisfying, and nutrious. The chef, Sam, always came out of the kitchen to talk with us to make sure we enjoyed his food. 

Fitness Ridge:
The staff in every department was amazing and exceeded my expectations! All of the people who work here make it a point to get to know you. I fell in love with everyone because they put their heart and soul into their job, and you feel it as soon as you walk through the doors!
I am so happy I decided to do this. It has changed my outlook on life in every aspect. I have learned so much from the trainers, nutrionist, and dietician. Also, I met beautiful people who will always have a special place in my heart! Their stories have inspired me to be a better person. 
I will miss Fitness Ridge!
