Last Day!!! July 23, 2016

6:30am-9:00am--Hike: Lia and I did stop sign. We walked because I am having a problem with my right hip and Lia had to get a knee brace. We did 7.4 miles. Daddy didn't go on a hike because he was wiped out from the week. He went to the gym to do cardio for 45 min.

9:30am- 10:15am--Breakfast: I had a protein shake--- I am going to miss Sam's shakes!!! Lia had a protein shake and eggs, and daddy had eggs and toast.

11:15am-12:15pm--Last Blast Workout: we warmed up by carrying balance balls up and down stairs. Then there was 9 different stations. You did each station for one minute and thirty seconds: sandbags, sit-ups, push-ups, mountain climbers, ropes, kickboxing, jump ropes, high knee runs, and pushing a punching bag. After we finished that we went to the gym and did interval training on a cardio machine. We did intervals for about 20 minutes.

12:30pm- 1:15pm--Lunch: French Onion Soup (95 calories) and Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla ( 314 calories).

Nutrition: The Movara Model is simple...Your plate needs to be 1/2 fruits and vegetables, 1/4 complex carbs, and 1/4 lean protein. Limit/do away with processed foods. Avoid artificial sweetners. Women should only have 6 teaspoons of added sugar and men should only have 9.

Fitness: Make a plan to get there.  Have fun--choose cardio classes or machines that you enjoy. Find people who will join you or hold you accountable. Make sure to include weight training.

I have had a great week! It was nice seeing Sharon, Cliff, Cody, Sam, Tyler, Kimmie, Tracey, Emily, Jen, Tom, Cera, Daniel, Tricia, and John. They have all touched me in one way or another. I will be forever grateful for the connection I have made with them!

Later Movara...Now off to Vegas to see Jennifer Lopez!!!
