Day 8 July 2, 2018

6:15am-6:30am: AM Snack—I ate a bite of a banana and some peanut butter.

6:45am-8:45am: Stop 🛑 Hike—







9:30am-10:30am: Breakfast —Protein Shake of course!

10:30am-11:30am: Personal Development— Becky, Shelly, Sherri, Mauricio (the waiter) talked about everything under the sun.

11:30am-12:15pm: Kickboxing with Sharon!!!

12:45pm-1:15pm: Lunch



2:00pm-2:30pm:  Shelly and I did an arm workout using the Peloton App bc they were giving the same lecture they gave last Monday. 

2:30pm-3:15pm: Hip Hop— I couldn’t take this class bc my achilles was killing me so I did a 45 min DJ Peloton ride. 

3:30pm-4:15pm: Cardio Intervals

4:30pm-5:00pm: Core Tabata—Tricia taught this class. She had 9 different exercises that we did. It was a great class!

5:30pm: Dinner

8:00pm—Massage with Tyler!!!
It was another great day! The new group of people are fun and friendly. This is going to be a great week!
