10:15am-11:00am--Stay over Meeting: The people who have been here more than one week all met with the trainer to reflect on last week's progress and our feelings about this week.
11:15am-12:00pm--Kickboxing Class:
Great calorie burn and stress reliever! Sharon is the best!
12:00pm-1:00pm: Floated in the pool with Shelly, Sherri, and Marcus.
1:00pm-1:45: Lunch--It was delicious!
1:45pm-2:30pm: Life Balance--Ask yourself, how do you want to be remembered when you are no longer living? Make changes in your life so you can live that life!
Food is fuel NOT that answer to your problems. If you want a cookie, you have the cookie to enjoy, NOT to feel better. You need to figure out what will make you feel better?
2:45-3:30pm: Circuit-- 2 min on a cardio machine and 2 min on a strength training machine.
3:45pm-4:30pm: Court Challenge--8 stations: sand bags, punching bags, steppers, cone running, burpees, ropes,
jump roping, and spin bikes.
4:45pm-5:30pm: Zumba H2O-- This class was a lot of fun.
5:45pm-6:30pm: Dinner
8:00-9:30pm: Massage
