6:45am-8:45am: Sidewinder Hike—approx 7 mile hike.
9:30am: Breakfast: Yummy Protein Shake
10:15-11:15am: Personal Development Time- Talked with Sherri, Shelly, and Rhonda about weight management and exercise.
11:30am: Boxing Class-Sharon taught it so it was hard!!!
12:45pm-Lunch
1:30pm: Foundations- Jenny was the instructor and it was all about mindful eating. Use your senses when you eat so you are mindful of the time. If you practice taking the time to look at your plate, actually feel the texture of your food in your mouth, smell the fragrance, really taste your food, you will create a more thoughtful and enjoyable eating pattern.
2:30pm-Circuit Training: You are on a cardio machine for 2 minutes, then a strength training machine for 45 seconds, break 15 seconds, then 45 more seconds. You go back and forth from cardio to strength training for 45 minutes.
3:30pm-Hip Hop Dance Class: Tricia taught it and it was a lot of fun. It is a combination of Zumba and squats.
4:30pm- Pool Class: Tricia taught this class, too. We did a lot of pushups and water resistance exercises.
5:30pm: Dinner- It was fantastic!
8:00pm: Massage
