This will be my third visit to Movara. I am so grateful that I am able to go again. My father and sister have decided to join me on this beautiful vacation for the mind, body, and soul. I hope they love it as much as I do...
We are leaving tomorrow at 8am and will land in Las Vegas at 10:20am (1:20pm Eastern time). My father and I will wait for my sister in Las Vegas (her plane lands at 1:10pm) and then we will take a shuttle to St. George, Utah. We are expected to arrive at Movara around 5:30pm (7:30pm Eastern time). Once we get there, we will get weighed in, eat dinner, and have orientation.
It is going to be a long day of travel, but so worth it!
The Goal
Someone asked me today what my goal was for this trip. That question was stuck in my head all day...The goal is to work on myself--physically, mentally, and spiritually so that I can come back healthy, strong, and happy.
