Day 2 June 26, 2018

6:15am-6:30am—AM Snack: I chose a protein ball. Other options are peanut butter and celery, apple and peanut butter, orange and pecans, banana and peanut butter, or a hard boiled egg.

6:30am-9:00am Hike: Stop Sign Hike— I hiked with Lindsay.  We went to stop sign then to the overlook and back.

9:30am-10:30am: Breakfast—I chose the protein shake bc it’s so good!

10:30am-11:15am: Cooking Demo- Bentley taught us how to make the protein balls.

11:30am-12:15pm Matterhorn—You  pick a cardio machine and you increase 5 times at 3 min each, 8 times at 2 min each, and then 5 times at 1 min each. It was so hard!

Food Menu: They have the date wrong on the menu board.

12:45pm Lunch:





Lunch was delicious! They also offer shots of wheatgrass and beets. So I chose wheatgrass for lunch.  At dinner I took a beet shot.  It was NOT easy to do!  

1:30pm-Nutrition Class--Focus on the WHY with immense passion and you will reach your goal.
Eat more plants and you will be healthier!  You should be eating nutrient dense food:  vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains (whole), seeds, and roots.  Moderation/Elimination:  Processed, Refined, Soda, and Red Meats.

2:30pm-3:15pm: Ladder— Choose a cardio machine and go up 8 levels at 2 min each level,  then come down 8 levels at 2 min each level. Then go hard for 1 min. Then you repeat until you have worked for 45 min.

3:30pm-4:15pm: Boot Camp--Burpees, push-ups, squats, lunges, calf raises, stomach, and bicep curls. 

4:30pm-5:15pm: Stretch/Meditation

5:30pm: Dinner

Tonight: Laundry!!!

It was a great second day! Sharon really works you hard.  I love her so much!!!  Also, I really enjoyed working out with my girls.  We push each other when we think we can't do anymore.  Shelly, Sherri, Rhonda, and I even decided to do our own arm workout bc we had some time to spare before lunch. That is the beauty of working out with others, you push each other to do more than you think you can.

I didn't sleep well last night so hopefully I sleep tonight!  Two downsides of being here:  missing your family and not sleeping well!
