Day 7 July 1, 2018

7:30am-Weigh in:  I lost 4 pounds BUT 6 pounds of body fat!!!

8:00am-9:30am:  Breakfast--I had granola bc Sundays they don't make the protein shake ;-(

9:30am-10:00am:  Goodbyes-- Sundays are sad bc many people leave.  There were tears and lots of tights hugs.   I will miss them all:  Barbara and her son Victor, Ann, Debbie, Rhonda, Tonya, James, Kerri, Linda, Bill, and Elizabeth.  I wish them ALL the best and strength in their journey.  The relationships I create here mean a lot bc everyone is here for a different reason.


Today is a day of rest.  I will do some homework for school, make some calls, ice my achilles, and take an epsom salt bath!  New people will begin to arrive around 3pm.  We will have dinner at 5:30pm and Orientation at 6:15pm.

6:15am-6:30am-AM Snack: I chose 1/2 banana with peanut butter.

6:45am-8:45am:  Morning Hike--Stop Sign

Lindsay and Tom: they came for one week before they get married!!! ❤️


9:30am-10:30am:  Breakfast--Protein Shake--so yummy!!!

11:00am-12:25pm:  Last Blast Workout-- We did cardio for 30 minutes--30 seconds on then 30 seconds off five times.  Then 45 seconds and 45 seconds off 5 times.  One min on and one minute off until we hit 30 minutes.  Then we went to the court and did a bootcamp style workout.  We had to pick a card from the deck and there were different exercises on a board that matched the suit. Whatever number was on the card that is how many you had to do.  After you did the exercise you had to run around the court two laps.  We did this for 30 minutes.  The exercises included push-ups, sit-ups, sandbags, squats, ropes, stairs, and steppers.

12:45pm-1:15pm:  Lunch

1:30pm-4:30pm:  Off Time--I went out with Sherri, Shelly, and Becky shopping to Target and Old Navy.

5:30pm-6:30pm:  Dinner

6:30pm: Shelly, Sherri, Rhonda, Tom, Lindsay, and I  went to the movies to See Jurassic World.

I cannot believe the week is already over!!!  It went by so quickly even though at times it seemed so long, especially when I was in a cardio class like treading.  My time here has been well spent and so healthy.  I am very thankful I was able to come back again.
