I cannot believe my second week is done!!! Today we went on an extended hike. It was very exciting because our destination was to reach a waterfall. We hiked through water, sometimes knee deep. The hiking group that I was with was a lot of fun.
When we got back we had our last chance workout. It was 90 minutes of craziness! Push-ups, sit-ups, running, ropes, stair climbing, steppers, sand bags, and ladders. We did it tabata style!
