Classes:
Nutrient Density VS Calorie Density: Your body needs to be well fed in order to lose weight. Eat more nutrient based foods. Bulk up your meals with vegetables and fruits. Your plate should be 1/2 to 3/4 fruits and veggies, 1/4 complex carbs, 1/4, lean protein. You can increase your metabolic rate when you eat a plant based diet. Also, phytates cause a reduction in cancer cell growth. The toxins in your body will decrease of you eat fresh foods.
Use your hand to measure: complex carbs= your fist, protein= your palm, fats= thumb.
