Several diets are out there, BUT you need to ask yourself: Can I do this for the rest of my life? Choose habits that you CAN do for the rest of your life so it becomes a lifestyle NOT a diet!!!
Movara started this new app called FitPhoto:

Sunday, June 18th

Today, I woke up around 8:30am and went to breakfast.  As soon as I walked into breakfast, I saw Julie from Fiji. I met her on my first visit in 2014. We were assigned to the same hike and connected right away. It was so nice to catch up with her!
For breakfast I had homemade granola and almond milk.  I didn't want to have an omelette because it makes me think of coffee... I will be coffee free for two weeks so I need to make it as easy as possible for myself.
My weigh in and fitness analysis was at 3:00pm since I woke up so late.  I was able to catch up with Sharon and hug her tight. She is an amazingly strong woman who helps so many people achieve their goals.

For dinner we had "fried" chicken and roasted vegetables. It was delicious!  I am thinking Sam used panko breadcrumbs to make is so crunchy like fried chicken.

After dinner we had orientation and it was a full house! This week is friends and family week so they are totally booked. There are a lot of people here that I know. It's going to be a great week of exercising and getting healthy!
