1:45pm-2:30pm: Nutrition Review-- Feed your metabolism. Eating less is not your answer and eating too much is not the answer. You need 3-5 pounds of food to feel satisfied per day. Eat a variety of nutrition at each meal--carb, protein, fat, veggies, and fruit. Satisfaction is the solution! When you restrict a food, it becomes alluring! Slow down and notice how it tastes and the levels of satisfaction it gives you. Pay attention to how it feels, smells, tastes, etc.
2:45pm-3:30pm: Treading with Tricia
3:45pm-4:30pm: Total Body Tabata
5:45pm-6:30pm: Dinner
I tried Salmon, and liked it!!!
Dessert was delicious! It was a chocolate chip cookie with a roasted marshmallow on top.
7:30pm-9:30pm: Hung out with the ladies and played cards. We had fun!
Tomorrow I get weighed in at 6:30am and leave the resort around 6:45-7:00am to drive to Vegas. I am anxious for my results, and excited to head home.
It has been a great two weeks! The first week I was able to spend with Julie which was a nice surprise. Then Ruth appeared with her two daughters, which made me happy. I also really pushed myself, met really beautiful people who will be lifelong friends, and really connected with my trainers.
