10:15am-11:15am--Planning Strategies: This class focused on what to do when you get home. Make a plan for the week for your fitness, make sure you surround yourself with people who are focusing on health and wellness, and plan ahead when traveling or going to work.
11:30am-12:15pm--Aqua Zumba
12:30pm- 1:15pm Lunch: Chicken and Root Vegetable Soup (94 calories) and Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza (303 calories).
1:30pm-2:15pm--Open Forum-Q&A: People asked certain health questions. Overall, the Movara plan is to eat real foods. Processed foods have a lot of additives that are not good for the body.
2:30pm-3:15pm--Zumba
3:30pm-4:15pm--Explore the Powerhouse: It was all ab exercises. You would do the exercise for one minute then plank for a minute, then the next exercise then plank a minute. This was done for 8 different ab exercises. Then we went through them again with only 30 second intervals.
4:30pm-5:15pm--Barre
5:30pm- 6:15pm-- Dinner: Pulled Turkey Enchilada ( 365 calories) and chocolate chip cookies for dessert (125 calories).
