5th Day-- July 22, 2016

7:00am-- 5k and 10k Race-- Daddy did the 5k and his time was 1:08:38. Lia and I did the 10k. Lia's time was 1:12:20 and my time was 1:12:23. The course had a lot of hills. The first 1.5 was an incline and then after that it was rolling hills. I felt the first 3 miles were tough but once I got into the groove it felt good. It's all about BELIEVING you can.


9:30am-10:00am-- Breakast: Protein shake and oatmeal for Daddy and me. Lia ate oatmeal and eggs with spinach and onions.

10:15am-11:15am--Planning Strategies: This class focused on what to do when you get home. Make a plan for the week for your fitness, make sure you surround yourself with people who are focusing on health and wellness, and plan ahead when traveling or going to work.

11:30am-12:15pm--Aqua Zumba

12:30pm- 1:15pm Lunch: Chicken and Root Vegetable Soup (94 calories) and Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza (303 calories).

1:30pm-2:15pm--Open Forum-Q&A: People asked certain health questions. Overall, the Movara plan is to eat real foods. Processed foods have a lot of additives that are not good for the body.

2:30pm-3:15pm--Zumba

3:30pm-4:15pm--Explore the Powerhouse: It was all ab exercises. You would do the exercise for one minute then plank for a minute, then the next exercise then plank a minute. This was done for 8 different ab exercises. Then we went through them again with only 30 second intervals.

4:30pm-5:15pm--Barre

5:30pm- 6:15pm-- Dinner: Pulled Turkey Enchilada ( 365 calories) and chocolate chip cookies for dessert (125 calories).
We are all beat up and ready for our last day tomorrow. Massages again tonight!!! Lia thought I was insane when I would tell her I would get several massages a week here... Today she said massages are mandatory when you come here... Lol!!!
