Movara

It was nice seeing all of the people who inspired me to be healthy. The staff here is amazing. They are compassionate people who want to see others achieve their goals. 
The food was delicious today, but that is nothing new! Sam, the chef, goes above and beyond to please the guests that stay at Movara. 
I am going to bed early so that I can be ready for day 1, especially the am hike.  I am excited to see John, the hiking coach, who pushed me last year to beat my time. His words of encouragement and advice has stayed with me. I cannot wait to thank him in person for all that he has done for me.

Today at the resort is a day of rest. Since I did not get here until 1:30am Utah time/3:30am PA time, I decided that is exactly what I am going to do. I met with the trainers this morning, reunited with some of the people I met the last time I was here, and enjoyed positive conversations with the people that are here for the week. 
I am looking forward to a positive and healthy time at Movara!
