Day 3 Workouts


2 hour hike
45 min Stretch Class
45 min H20 Circuit 
45 min Kickboxing 
45 min Mountain Class

They had a cooking demo--they taught how to make the lunch that was served today, which was so delicious (and I had my doubts before it came out).
The other class was about emotional health.  The instructor was very good and motivating!
Today I feel tired and sore, however the instructors make it fun and attainable. The hiking here is crazy! It's like REAL HIKING!!! I am good at going up, but it's very scary coming down. I fell a few times but got up and shrugged it off and kept going. It's amazing what you can do when you just do it!
Now I am off to Target!!! On Wednesday nights they have a shuttle that goes there. And then I have an appointment with the chiropractor. I am hoping he can fix my aches and pains! :-)
