(Backup) Day 3 June 27, 2018

6:15am-6:30am: AM Snack- I chose peanut butter and celery.

6:30am-9:15am: Stop Sign Hike

9:30am-10:30am: Breakfast— I chose the protein shake!

10:30am-11:15am: Relationships

11:30am-12:15pm: Pool Class—Sharon taught it so it was tough!  A lot of running, hopping, pool burpees, jumping, and pushups. It was a great calorie burn!
12-45pm: Lunch-

1:30pm-2:30pm: Personal Development Time— I just talked with people.

2:30pm-3:15pm: Kickboxing with Sharon!!!

3:30pm-4:15pm: TRX— it was my first time taking a class like this. I liked it bc squats and lunges are easier to do with the bands.  You do not feel like your knees will be injured.

4:30pm-5:15pm: Mobility with Caleb— Great class! He is a gymnast coach and taught us all types of movement stretches. It hurt so good!  This class was not easy for me bc I am not that flexible and I never take time to stretch which is a serious problem for me. I have to take time to do this or else my body will not move like it should!

5:30pm Dinner- Fantastic as always!

8:00-9:30pm—Massage with Tyler!
