This is what we have to climb:
Once I got to the top I took this pic. We started where you see the buildings down below.
It took about 50 minutes to get to the top. We then kept hiking for another hour but it wasn't directly uphill like the first 50 minutes, so it wasn't too bad.
Jason and I were the first two to make it to the top! It was no joke.
This is Slade our hike guide:
9:15am Breakfast: Sam's delicious protein shake!
10:15am: Core/Stretch
11:15am: H2O Class
12:30pm-2:00pm: I left with Dina and Nina to go to the Twisted Noodle for lunch. I have always wanted to try this restaurant bc people rave about it! The Twisted Noodle is owned by the chef that cooked for Movara years ago. It's all healthy and homemade. I ordered the lean mean burger. It was 420 calories. The place was super cute, and the burger was delicious.
2:45pm-3:30pm: Treading
3:45pm-4:30pm: Bootcamp Tabata
4:45pm-5:30pm: Stretch &Roll
5:45pm Dinner:
Dinner was delicious, but I didn't take the dessert bc their sorbet is not my favorite so I chose to decline.
Week's Review
This week has been great! I have made a lot of new friends, and enjoyed working out with Julie from Fiji! All of the hikes this week were very challenging and so amazing bc of the beauty Utah holds!
The classes this week kicked my butt! I am very thankful that tomorrow is a day of rest at Movara.
At graduation, all the people who went to every exercise class and lecture at Movara this week got a
braclet. I was so excited to get this! This is something new they added to this program to encourage every guest to attend all classes.
Time for bed!!!
