Day 12

5k Run-- I jogged the entire thing and then redid it again walking so technically I did a 10k.  Next week I will sign up for the 10K Race.

Open Gym-- I didn't the bike for 52 minutes.

45 min Cardio Interval Class

45 min Circuit Training Class

45 min Zumba

45 min Aqua Zumba

Food:
I had the smoothie for breakfast again! It was so good!
