Triathlon Class-- 45 min class
Treading Class-- pick a cardio machine and go hard for 5 min, recover 5 min, go hard for 4 min, recover 4 min, go hard for 3 min, recover 3 min, go hard for 2 min, recover for 2 min, go hard for 1 min, recover 1 min, go hard 30 seconds, recover 1 min, go hard 30 seconds, recover 1 min, go hard 30, then teciver.
Total Body Tabata--45 min class
H2O Class-- we only worked out in the pool for about 20 min bc they saw lightning and we all had to get out. We were all very happy to end the class early because our muscles were done for the day!
Food:
Emotional Eating--1. Trigger 2. Eat 3. Guilt
Know your triggers and take on emotional eating by diverting your attention or doing the math ( do I have enough calories left that will allow me to eat that? Can I afford it? Will it help me reach my goal?)
Nutrition Made Easy-- they taught us how to make salads in a jar, different dressings, and smoothies.
