After the hike we had a 1 hour and 30 minute Last Chance Workout--- it was fun! We were split into two groups with a bucket filled with 400 tickets containing different exercises that were set up in the large gym--- push-ups, step climber, butterfly sit-ups, medicine ball squats, etc. You had to run outside, down the pathway to the bucket and take a slip. Then run back to the gym and do the exercise. I was exhausted before it started, but pushed through it bc it was like a race. It made me realize that working out can be fun, especially when you have a group of people who are willing to push themselves. Maybe we can do something like this at work?! Or I can have a last chance workout party at my house on a Saturday?!?! Kidding!!!
