2nd Day: Tuesday, June 30, 2015

Fitness:
8.4 mile hike 
Hip Hop Burn--45 min class
Cardio Intervals-- 45 min class
Boot Camp-- 45 min class
H2O-- 45 min class
Classes:
Becoming a Realist--understanding how to manage weight. Fitness+Nutrition+Emotional Management=Weight Management.
To lose weight calories in must be less than calories out. 
Find out your BMR (resting metabolic rate) it is based on gender, height, weight, age, and muscle mass. 
She gave us HW: count your calories for 2 days to get an indea of what you are taking in. 
All or Nothing Thinking--She talked about emotional management. She said people either give it their all or nothing. The message of this class was to quit quitting.  Be ok with the "enough" which is in between the all or nothing. 
Food:
The food was fabulous!!!
Calorie burn today: 
I did not sleep last night so starting today was difficult. I thought I was not going to be able to do it, however I did. It's all mental. If you say you can, you will. If you say you can't, you won't! I didn't have a choice bc the trainers kept saying to all of us that we can, so I did. Hopefully tonight I will sleep and feel recharged for tomorrow. ;-)
