Friday, June 30th--Day 11!

 
6:30am-9:00am: Stop Sign Hike with my beautiful Nina!
 
 
John is still training and coaching people on Stop Sign!
 

9:15am-10:15am: Breakfast
 
Joyce is leaving on Saturday at 8:45am so we won't have breakfast with her tomorrow. I am really going to miss her dedication, laugh, voice, and witty remarks! Thanks Joyce for being you!
10:15am-11:00am--Planning Strategies: Set realistic goals so that you don't feel defeated! Spend your calories wisely. Is it worth it???? Take ownership of your spending. Foods function is to give us fuel not emotion. Don't give food power.  Pay attention to when you are eating-- am I bored, stressed, etc. 
Add weight training into your exercise routine.  

11:15am-12:00pm: Power Core

12:00pm-1:00pm: Floated in the pool with Shelly, Sherri, and Marcus.

1:00pm-1:45pm: Lunch
 
 
1:45pm-2:30pm: Lasting Change-- Why are you doing this? If it doesn't make you cry then it's not a big enough reason and it won't last. 
2:45pm-3:30pm: Strong
3:45pm-4:30pm: Zumba
4:45pm-5:30pm: Gym--I did the bike for 30 minutes then lifted weights for 15 min. 
5:45pm- 6:30pm: Dinner
 
6:30pm-7:30pm: Commencement-- I earned another bracelet bc I went to every class! 

 
 
 
8:00pm-9:30pm: Massage

Today was not an easy day, however I completed it because of the people I surrounded myself with. The women and men that I have met here have made this week incredible! I am very thankful and forever grateful!
