5th Day: Friday, July 3, 2015

Fitness:
8.4 mile hike
45 min Cardio HIIT Class-- increase 8 times for one min each, then recover, then hit it hard for one min 3Xs, then increase 8 times for 30 seconds, then 3 1 min hit hard, then hit hard for 30 seconds, then 15 seconds 2 times.
45 min Circuit Training
45 min Zumba Class
H2O -- canceled bc of the lightening.

Planning Strategies: What to do in order to prepare for going home.
1. Track your calories.
2. Track your emotional eating.
3. Know how many calories your burn in a 45 min class so that you can decide if it's worth it.
4. Set a goal weight range.
5. Don't quit!

This week has been really great! I am thankful I was able to come here and do the program again. I met some wonderful people and was able to reunite with previous guests that I met last year. This is a very positive and uplifting place to be.
