I was a little skeptical of the corn chowder, but it was out of this world! I wish Sam could be my personal chef!
1:45pm-2:30pm: Cliff, my trainer, sat next to me at lunch. We got into a deep conversation about fitness, life, stress, etc. We talked until 2:35pm so I missed the cooking demo. I guess you can say I had my own personal life coaching session with him. I am so grateful for Cliff for his heart and his motivation to healthy living!
2:45pm-3:30pm: Rock Your Body: It's a dancing class that incorporates a lot of squats, core exercises, and lunges. It was a great workout!
3:45pm-4:30pm: Barre
4:45pm-5:30pm: Stretch and Meditation
5:45pm-6:30pm: Dinner
8:00pm-9:30pm: Massage
I cannot believe tomorrow is Thursday! I am excited to get this week done, however I am going to miss the people here who I have grown very close to!
