Exercise:
2 Hour Hike
Triathlon-- 15 min in the pool doing laps, 15 minutes on the bike, and 15 minutes on the treadmill.
Open Gym-- do your own thing for 45 minutes. I did the bike, elipitcal, treadmill, and weights.
45 minute Treading Class--select a cardio machine and warm up. Then when the instructor says go you put the resistance and speed on as high as you can take it for 5 min. Then you bring it to a regular pace for 5 minutes. Then you do 4 minutes as hard as you can, then reg pace for 4. You do this all the way down to one minute. Then you do several 30 second ones until you have worked out for a total of 45 minutes.

45 minute Open Gym-- I did the bike, the mountain climber, and the treadmill.
I burned 4000 calories today minus 1500 for food, which equals 2500 calories burned. You need to burn 3500 calories a day to lose a pound. I am off by 1000! I am way too tired to go back into that gym! We will see what tomorrow brings... Hopefully a lot of energy!
