Day 15

Exercise:
Stop Sign Hike-- 4.6 miles up hill until you reach the stop sign:
1 Hour Open Gym-- I did weights, core, pull-ups, and push-ups.

45 min Mt. Kilimanjaro Class: I chose the bike. It was 10 increases for 2 minute intervals and then it went to 5 more increase for 3 minute intervals. I wanted to fall over by the end!

45 min Circuit Training Class

45 min Pool Class

Food:
Dinner was really delicious! I am really hoping the chef chooses last night's dish and tonight's dinner for the cooking demo classes this week.
