10k---my first one!!! My time was 1 hour and 12 min.
Open Gym--45 min
45 min Cardio Interval Class: 1.start on the hardest level and drop down one level each minute--8 times. 2. Five one min intervals as fast as you can with a 1 min rec, then 45 sec recovery, then 30 sec recovery, then 15 min recovery. 3. 20 second intervals as hard as you can handle with a 20 sec recovery--10 of those.
