4th Day--July 21, 2016

6:30am--9:00am--Lia and I went on the  Central Park Hike- and it was no walk in the park! We met Daddy on Stair Mistress Hike so we were able to take a beautiful pic! Lia and I were so proud of him because it was no joke. I posted a pic of us on Facebook. When I get home, I will add it to the blog. I will also add the pic of stair mistress so that you can see what he climbed!!!

9:30am-10:15am Breakfast: I ate a protein shake-- I love Sam's protein shakes-- I want him to come home with me!!!! ;-). Lia ate eggs, onions, mushroom, and spinach tortilla, and daddy had eggs and toast.

10:30am-11:15am-- Stretch Class

11:30am-12:15pm Hip Hop Class: Daddy was video taped!!! He is on Movara's Facebook post!

12:30pm-1:15pm: Lunch: Butternut Squash Soup (94 calories) and Braised Beef with Butternut Squash Noodles (302 calories).

1:30pm-2:15pm: Division of Responsibility-- set healthy boundaries in the home. Never focus on weight! Focus on health. Always create healthy patterns and behaviors around food.

2:30-3:15pm-- H20

3:30pm-4:15pm: Total Body Tabata-- 8 different stations: push-ups, ropes, squats, sit-ups, curls, squat push backs, shoulders, and tricep extensions.
You were at each station for 6 rounds of Tabata, then you would move to the next station. After we completed one round of all stations, we got a 3 minute break, then went around one more time to each station for only one round of Tabata per station.

4:30pm-5:15:  Treading Class-- you get on a cardio machine and you warm up for about 5 minutes. Then you go as fast or as hard as you can for 5 min. Then you recover for 5 min. Go hard for 4 min, recover 4 min, go hard 3 min, recover 3 min, go hard 2 min, recover 2 min, go hard 1 min, recover 1 min, go hard 50 seconds, recover 50 seconds, go hard 40 seconds, recover 40 seconds, go hard 30 seconds, recover 30 seconds. Then you cool down for 3-5 minutes.

5:30--6:15pm: Dinner-- Fijita stuffed chicken with Spanish rice ( 406 calories) and chocolate covered strawberries for dessert ( 110 calories).


Today was really tough. I actually felt depleted during Tabata Class. Honestly, I didn't know how I was going to get through one more class. Once I started Treading, Sharon, the instructor pushed me. She kept saying push through this and you will do it. I did! I am thankful the day is over and now it's time to get a massage and relax.
