6:15am-6:30am: AM Snack—I ate a 1/2 banana and peanut butter.
6:45am-8:45am: Stop Sign Hike—
9:30am-10:30am: Breakfast—Yummy protein shake.
10:30am-11:30am—Shelly, Becky and I iced our knees and talked.
11:30am-12:15pm: Circuit
12:45pm-1:15pm: Lunch
The soup was so good!!!
1:30pm-2:30pm: I iced my knee in my room and rested.
2:30pm-3:15pm: Court Challenge--There were 6 stations set up: sandbags, ropes, spin bikes, core, deadlifts, squats, and weight bags. You were at each station for 90 seconds. You did this two times. It was fun and went by very quickly.
3:30pm-4:15pm: Treading--You pick a cardio machine and you go hard for 5 min, then recover 5, hard 4, recover 4, hard 3, recover 3, hard 2, recover 2, hard 1, recover 1, and then 50 seconds, 45 seconds, and one more min. If time remains, you continue doing it hard for one min, recover one min until you hit 45 minutes.
4:30pm-5:15pm: Pool--Tricia taught this. It was a good workout. She did 30 second or minute drills. She also used pool weights and did core at the end.
5:30pm-6:30pm: Dinner—It was delicious as always!
Today was a tough day for me because I hardly slept last night. I cried up the mountain as I spoke to Diane. Throughout the day I cried. I pushed through my workouts, but it was a real struggle. I am excited there are only 1 and 1/2 days left of this crazy routine. I will miss my friends, all the new people I met this time around, the trainers, and Tyler. Everyone has been so good to me, and I appreciate and adore the connections I make when I am here. Tonight I am in early and I hope I sleep!!!
