6:15am-6:30am: AM Morning Snack--Peanut butter and celery.
6:45am-8:45am: Stop Sign Hike--I made my best time today! I jogged a lot of it. My time to the top was 1 hour and 3 minutes.
John, the Stop Sign Hike Coach, is still working at Movara. I will be forever grateful for him.
9:30am-10:30am: Breakfast--Protein shake... I am going to miss having someone make that for me everyday!
10:30am-11:30am: Chatted with Becky, Kim, Mauricio (the waiter), and Shelly.
11:30am-12:15pm: Pool Class--Clara taught it. It was a lot of races.
12:45pm-1:15pm: Lunch and Meal Connection Workshop--They teach you the proportions that are the correct amount on a plate.
1:30pm-2:30pm: Personal Development--I spoke to Becky, Mauricio, Joe, and Sherri.
2:30pm-3:15pm: Barre--Tricia taught is so it was good, but barre class isn't my favorite class to take.
3:30pm-4:15pm: Cinco Speed--Awesome class and calorie burn! You go 30 seconds on 30 seconds off 5 times, 45 seconds on 45 seconds off 5 times, 1 min on 1 min off 5 times, except you build your resistance each time. Then you come back down using the same structure until you hit 45 minutes.
4:30pm-5:15pm: Stretch and Meditation--Tricia taught this. This is a hard class for me because it is not easy for me to just sit there to stretch and breathe.
5:30pm-6:15pm: Dinner--I chose grilled chicken and quinoa because i didn't want the meal they were serving. It was delicious and I drizzled the below item on it!
6:15pm-7:00pm: Graduation— they do a calorie challenge game where you must guess the calories for the plate that they show you from popular chained restaurants. Becky won!!! Then they show a video of pics and clips of our week working out put to music. Finally, everyone says something. I had a great two weeks at Movara and I wish everyone the best on their journey!
I will forever be grateful for Sharon. Her heart is so beautiful. I will miss her so much.
8:00pm-9:30pm: Massage--My last massage with Tyler :-(
Honestly, I cannot believe tomorrow is my last day. It has been so much fun working out with my dear friends, and seeing my trainers. Utah has a very special place in my heart.
